Do you charge a callout fee?
A flat $99 callout covers the plumber arriving and giving you a fixed, written quote. Go ahead with the work and the $99 is credited straight into the job price, so you are not paying it twice. If you decide not to proceed, the $99 covers our time and travel. No surprise additions either way.
How fast can an emergency plumber actually get to me?
For emergencies such as a burst pipe, gas leak or no hot water, we aim for under 60 minutes across metro Sydney and Melbourne. For non-emergency bookings, it is same-day if you call before lunch and next-day after. We text you the plumber's name and ETA when they are on the way.
